The Limited-Time Event “More Spores for Hoppip” begins Tuesday, March 10!
In-game limited-time events will be periodically held in this title. The first event is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, March 10.
- About the “More Spores for Hoppip” event
Hoppip, the Cottonweed Pokémon will be arriving in your town.
Collect the special cotton spores available during the event period and become friends with Hoppip, Skiploom, and Jumpluff!
Hoppip, Skiploom, and Jumpluff are Pokémon that can’t be encountered outside of the event period in this title. You can become friends with them by fulfilling certain requirements during this event period. You can also exchange the cotton spores you collect during the event for items such as picnic-themed furniture. By creating habitats with those items, you can become friends with Skiploom and Jumpluff too!

You can receive a Ditto rug in both the physical (game-key card) and digital versions of Pokémon Pokopia by choosing “Get via Internet” from the Mystery Gifts menu in your game until Sunday, January 31, 2027.
This item is also obtainable through normal gameplay.
You need to connect your Nintendo Switch 2 system to the internet to claim this early- purchase bonus.
The user profile on your system will need to be linked to a Nintendo Account in order to connect to the internet (this does not require a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership).
It takes approximately 30 minutes of play time before you are able to access the Mystery Gifts menu.
The Ditto rug can be received in either the physical version (game-key card) or the digital version.
